Upon placing your order, please fill out this custom cyanotype commission form HERE. I will personally contact you within 48 hours after receiving your online order AND your completed commission form.

Please email the image(s) for your custom cyanotype portrait to michelle@farmbelly.com. Submit only clear, high-resolution photos with good lighting and your subject fully in focus. The better the photo, the better your finished cyanotype will be!

Because each piece is custom-made specifically for you, all custom portrait sales are final. My current turnaround time is 3 weeks.
